1. This review is for a single-family residence (SFR) in the R-1 Zone. The Development Designator is 'G' and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is 'AA'.

2. Setback measurements for wall heights are from design grade (ground level) to the highest point of the wall facing the property line. It appears that the wall heights listed on the plot plan are from finish grade. Please revise the wall heights list.

3. The minimum setback for an interior lot line in the R-1 Zone adjacent to an office or commercial zone is the height of the wall measured from design grade. The west lot line is adjacent to the C-1 zone and the setback provided is only nine feet (9'). Please revise the setback to at least equal the wall height along the west lot line.
