Add the legal description to the site plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.2 2. Add the existing use (i.e. mobile home park) of the site to the notes. DS 2-02.2.1.A.32 3. The sidewalk located in front of the parking spaces must be constructed so that there is 4-foot clear for pedestrians. In order to accomplish this, wheel stops curbs must be placed in the parking spaces, dimensioned at 2-1/2 feet from the front of spaces, or sidewalks must be a minimum of 6-1/2 feet wide to provide for a 2-1/2 foot vehicle overhang on the sidewalk. Dimension the sidewalk and, if applicable show the location of wheelstops dimensioned within the parking spaces. DS 2-02.2.1.A.6 DS 2-08.5.1.A DS 3-05.2.3.C 4.
