1. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

2. Indicate drainage patterns. Indicate adjacent finish grades. Do not obstruct offsite to onsite flows. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.16 It appears that the natural flow is being redirected to the south then to the west. Submit a drainage statement that demonstrates changed direction of flows. Indicate how onsite flows will not impact adjacent properties.

3. Filter fabric is required in rip-rap areas.

4. If applicable, indicate all easements of record to be graphically shown on the plan together with recording docket and page reference. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.20

5. Justify the purpose for the FFE to exceed two feet. Placement of fill in excess of two (2) feet or a finished floor elevation in excess of two feet plus the slab thickness above existing grade at any location in the outer one hundred feet of the developing site shall require:
· Written justification based on engineering/technical reasons.
· Written permission of the DSD/Eng or his/her assignee.
· Notification of the property owner(s) adjacent to the fill site with copies to the DSD/Eng prior to the approval of a grading plan. Chapter 36.Sec 13.1
