2. The site plan is drawn at a standard engineering scale no larger than 1" = 60' on a sheet(s) no larger than 30" by 42" (24" by 36" recommended) and includes, but is not limited to, the following: D.S. 2-02.2.2.1.A Correct and revise.

3. All lettering and dimensions shall be the equivalent of twelve (0.12") point or greater in size. The purpose of this requirement is to assure that all lettering is legible when reviewed and will maintain that legibility when reproduced and photographically reduced (microfilmed) for record-keeping purposes. D.S. 2-05.2.1.C

4. Indicate contour intervals north arrow, and scale. This should be placed together. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.1

5. For the location map. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.4 A small, project-location map shall be drawn preferably in the upper right corner. The map should cover approximately one (1) square mile, be drawn at a minimum scale of 3" = 1 mile, and provide the following information. D.S. 2-05.2.1.D

01/26/2005 Daniel Castro ZONING REVIEW Denied COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Pima County Assessors records indicate this property was split in 1999. The City of Tucson requires that all lot splits be reviewed and approved by the Development Services Department. Provide a copy of the City approved lot split plan. If one cannot be found in DSD records, a lot split application will be required to be reviewed and approved prior to site plan approval and additional comments regarding this project will be forthcoming upon further review. You may contact me or any other Zoning Reviewer for lot split information.

2. The site plan shall be drawn at a standard engineering scale no larger than 1" = 60'. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A)

3. The maximum building height listed as actual on sheet SD1 (13'6") does not match the maximum building height shown on the elevation drawings on sheet a3 (12'8"). The maximum building height proposed shall be measured from design grade and listed on sheet SD1 and shall match the height shown on all elevation drawings. A 13.5 foot height therefore requires a 10.125 foot setback from east and south property lines and 20.25 foot setback from the street property line. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7)
