COMMENTS: Upon completion of the following revisions/additions, an over the counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan:

1. On sheet C2 in the setback information table under the Code Check heading to "see LDO". Revise table to state the correct setbacks required and provided. The table states that a minimum 10-foot setback is provided along the rear (south) property line but a proposed setback of 7' - 5" is shown on the drawing for the 1-hour fire wall, which is proposed at 15'-8" AFG. Provide stamped approved LDO copies of the site plan along with a copy of the LDO approval letter. Add the LDO case number, date of approval and any conditions imposed to the site plan notes. Also, add the zoning of the adjacent zoning to the south (R-3) to the drawing on sheet C-1.

2. According to the final plat for Hacienda del Sol office complex, the page number of recordation for the storm drain easement running across Lot 13 should read: Page 2096 rather than Page 482, which is the page number of recordation for a nearby public water easement. Revise per final plat.
