RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN

The over the counter approval has been revoked due to the following required information is not on the Site Plan. Please contact Patricia Gilbert (791-5550 ext. 2206) for any questions regarding the following comments.

1. Park Avenue is a collector street on the Major Streets and Routes map with a 64' width, 32' from street centerline. Draw, dimension, and label existing and future right-of-way information which includes existing and future curb and sidewalks.

2. Existing and future sight visibility triangles must be drawn, dimensioned, and labeled. The near side length for a driveway to a collector street is 265'. And the far side length is 110'

3. Per Land Use Code section 3.2.14.3, the vehicular use area must be designed in a manner that prevents vehicles from backing out onto the street (MS&R Street).

The site plan must per revised to accommodate all parking spaces on site and provide for onsite maneuverability to prevent vehicles from backing out onto Park Avenue.
