The site plan must ber revised to accomodate all parking spaces on site and provide for onsite maneuverability to prevent vehicles from backing out onto Park Avenue. 4. This development must be provided with five vehicle parking spaces. Draw, dimension, and label the required pasrking spaces. Note on the plan the number of vehicle spaces required and the number of spaces provided. (Parking for residential development is determined by the number of bedrooms per unit 2.25. and 2.5 = 5 spaces.) 5. Label the overall height of the two-story structure and also label the height to the midpoint of the gable. |

Existing and future sight visibility triangles must be drawn, dimensioned, and labeled. The near side length for a driveway to a collector street is 265'. And the far side length is 110' 3. Per Land Use Code section 3.2.14.3, the vehicular use area must be designed in a manner that prevents vehicles from backing out onto the street (MS&R Street).
