1) Location and framing for roof top units and AC units. Justify metal building has been designed to carry the loads.

2) Must also have handrail per 1009.11-1009.11.7

3) Clarify ceilings of interior offices, bathrooms, break room, shipping and receiving have been designed for loading or signage must be posted stating no top loading of office structures. Please clarify where this note is on drawings.


4) Cannot exit through storage room therefore signage must be posted that doors are not to be used as exits between showroom and warehouse. Sign must say this door is not a exit.

3. Include all fixtures and the water requirements of the HVAC equipment when calculating the total demand and determining the pipe sizes. The minimum fixture unit count for a 3/8" water connection is 2. Resize the water piping as required. Reference Section 610.1, UPC 1994.
