Please submit the elevation certificate for the structure that was constructed during phase III. This structure was built under the Floodplain Use Permit # 627 (Revised) which specifies in condition # 6, "Finished Floor Elevation Certification of the elevation of the lowest structural member by a Registered Land Surveyor on a form acceptable to the City Engineer is required. This certification must be completed and returned to the Office of the City Engineer, Floodplain Unit on the 3rd floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 North Stone Avenue." An elevation certificate varies if the structure was built to the required finish floor elevation. The elevation certificate was never returned to the City of Tucson and must be returned to verify the structure is conforming with the floodplain ordinance.
