This site plan has been reviewed for compliance with the site content and specifications of Development Standards 2-02, 2-08, 2-09, 3-01, 3-05. Please address all comments and revise the drawing as required. 1. The previous review requested to resubmit all red line drawings and a response letter. Please comply for the second resubmittal. 2. Portion of previous comment: It does not appear that adequate bicycle parking facilities are provided as indicated on the site plan. Off-street bicycle parking locations (individually} must be drawn specifically on the site plan. Indicate clearly on the site plan the number and type for both buildings. If necessary a detail drawing must be added to the plan, which depicts the location and the type, of all bicycle parking facilities proposed. DS 2-02.2.1.A.9 3. Draw and label future sight visibility triangles as measured from future curb. DS 2-02.2.1.A.10 4. The sidewalks must be accessible routes for the handicapped. Please draw a detail or indicate on the site plan how accessibility is provided for the handicapped from the handicapped parking space aisles to the sidewalks. Access ramp(s) missing at handicapped parking space aisle(s) at the south side of new retail building.
