1. General Note 8 Sheet CS calls for deferred submittals. Clarify intent. If electrical is to be submitted at a later time, this project will not be considered for permit until such time. If the drawings on this set of plans represent and specify the electrical work, please remove the note.
2. Electrical Plans shall be sealed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. This is a requirement for any occupancy greater than 20, for work on a building greater than 3000 SF, and for work prepared by a Registrant.
3. Provide lighting schedule and cut sheets for all new fixtures.
4. Identify panel and circuit number for all new electrical loads/devices.
5. Provide panel schedule with load calculations.
6. There is a note on Sheet E1 to the effect that the Contractor shall submit supporting documentation to facilitate permitting. Such documentation shall be added to the plans by the Registrant before consideration for permit.
7. Address on plans has been changed without proper Revision documentation. From the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration:
"To comply with R4-30-304:
1. The appropriate date on the seal of an original document is the day that document is sealed and signed.

2. If a professional document is revised by the originating registrant after the date the seal is signed, that registrant may:
a. indicate the date, nature and scope of the revisions, or,
re-seal, re-sign, and re-date, with the current date."
