Cassia nemophila, Dasyliron wheelerii and Caesalpina mexicana will typically grow in excess of 4', acceptable substations would be Lecophyllum candidum (Thunder Cloud) and Agave geminiflora. Replace plants or revise plans as necessary. |

The existing billboard is located within future right-of-way. The billboard will have to be removed or relocated to an area in compliance with LUC regulations at time of road widening. A stamp, which explains this requirement will be added to the plan by the Zoning Review Section. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.19) 2. Label and dimension future curb location along Ft. Lowell Road. Face of future curb shall be located eleven (11) feet in front of the future right of way line. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.21) 3. Identify the paved area south of the proposed building. If this area is used for outdoor storage or display, it must be added to the vehicle parking calculation. 3. All requested changes must be made to the site and landscape plans. 4.
