The roof drain and overflow (located over room 134) drain 2811 square feet of roof. If the pipe has a slope of 1/8"/foot, a 4" pipe can only handle 2506 square feet of roof.
3. Revise the sleeve for the underslab gas piping in room 109 to provide a vent to the outside. Show how the sleeve is physically configured to meet the intent of the plumbing code. Reference Section 1211.3 (exception), UPC 1994, as modified by the State of Arizona.
4. The 3" waste line shown on detail 1/P202 is carrying 36 fixture units; the maximum capacity of a horizontal 3" waste line is 35 fixture units. Reference Table 7-5, UPC 1994.
