Based on the provided water pressure calculations, the ¾" water supply to the urinal flush valve (P-3) is undersized. According to the Sloan Valve Company, the model 186-1.0 flush valve delivers 1 gallon in approximately 3 seconds or about 20 GPM. 7. The specified grease trap has a 3" inlet and outlet. Revise the waste piping to avoid obstructing the flow. Reference Section 316.4.2, UPC 1994. 8. Coordinate the tags for the Kitchen fixtures shown on sheet K.2.0 with the tags shown on the plumbing drawings (P-2 is a water closet on the plumbing drawings but is a hot food table on sheets K-1.0 and K-2.0). 9. Provide traps for all indirect waste piping greater than 5-feet in developed length (see K-11). Reference Section 803.0, UPC 1994. 10.
