This site plan is being reviewed as a less than 25 % expansion. Please provide a copy of the last approved site plan with the next submittal. 2. Specify in the vehicle parking calculations (under the site information on sheet 2 of 19) the number of parking spaces required and provided with the proposed improvements. Include calculations for handicap parking required/provided. Vehicle parking is based on the number of athletic fields (15 parking spaces required per soccer field). Bicycle parking is required at a rate of 15% (all class 2) of the vehicle parking provided. DS 2-02.2.2.A.4 DS 2-02.2.1.A.8 3. Dimension the proposed parallel parking spaces in a parking typical at the required 23 feet by 8 feet. DS 2-02.2.1.A.8 4. The Site Plan was not approved at this time. The Drainage report is approved for purposes of this site plan only. Include a copy of the drainage report with future submittals. Site Plan comments: 1. Revise the note on sheet 2 to correctly state the extent of the area of improements. The area within the grading limits appears to exceed one acre. If the area within the grading limits exceeds one acre a stormwater pollution prevention plan will be required with the grading permit application. 2. A complete grading permit application is required for this project. Revise the Site Plan to address all of these comments.
