IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Ckt B-14,16 powers F-1. Mechanical M100 Keyed Note 14 calls for a 5KW, 240V 3-phase unit. Electrical calls for a 208V, single phase unit. Pls coordinate with Mechanical and clarify. THIS WAS NOTED ON THE REVIEW OF 1/25/05 AND THE REVIEW OF 4/12/05.
1. Grounding System General Note A instructs the Contractor to augment the grounding electrode system with Items B, C, or E as necessary to insure = 25? to ground. Items B and C address Main Bonding Jumper, which is always required per NEC 250.28. Item E addresses the Grounding Electrode Conductor, which is always required per NEC 250.24. NEED FOR CLARIFICATION WAS NOTED ON THE REVIEW OF 1/25/05 AND THE REVIEW OF 4/12/05.
3. "Please submit catalogue cut sheets for Fixtures M and L1. All exterior fixtures shall comply with the Lighting Ordinance http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Codes___Ordinances/Outdoor_Lighting_Code.pdf and be clearly listed for damp or wet locations as appropriate. Exterior Lighting per 2002 IECC 805.5." THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE REVIEW OF 1/25/05 AND THE REVIEW OF 4/12/05. Fixture L1, from the catalogue number on the Lighting Fixture Schedule, appears to be incandescent; if the building was not existing in 1994, the 2000 IECC Section 805.5 would apply. Fixture M fixture cut sheet not included in current submittal; demonstrate fully shielded configuration, as defined by the Lighting Ordinance in effect at the time these plans were generated: "…fixtures shielded or constructed so that no light rays above the horizontal plane, as certified by photometric test report."
