Standards were addressed. This review is based on a 14.6% building area expansion, which results in a full code compliance review for the expansion area only.

1. A response letter to the first review comments was not found in the package. Please provide a response letter with the resubmittal.

2. Dimension PAAL width south of loading zone and indicate whether it is for one-way or two-way.

3. One-way PAAL near the refuse container shown as 13 feet does not meet the minimum width of 16 feet for 60 degree angle parking. This must be corrected due to the previous unapproved parking lot reconfiguration.

4. The sidewalk south of the new addition must be physically separated from the PAAL by means of curbing, grade separation, barriers, railings or other means and must extend to the loading zone area. (D.S. 2-02.2.1A.12)

5. Review of this plan by the Zoning Review Section may be done over the counter. Please contact Dan Castro to set an appointment.
