Standards were addressed. This review is based on a 14.6% building area expansion, which results in a full code compliance review for the expansion area only.

1. List the legal description of the property. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2)

2. Add lot dimensions and bearings. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5)

3. The last approved site plan from 1999 shows all vehicle parking spaces at a 90 degree angle. The new site plan submitted shows angle parking spaces. Provide the degree of angle, space dimensions, and PAAL widths for all angle parking spaces including disabled parking spaces and access aisles or a typical detail for both may be provided. Refer to LUC Table 3.3.7-I for motor vehicle area dimensions. 7. A minimum five (5) foot distance for a pedestrian refuge area must be maintained between the new building area and the PAAL (D.S. 3-05.2.2.B.1). Within this pedestrian refuge area a minimum four (4) foot wide sidewalk is required and shall show how it connects to the Jefferson Avenue right-of-way. (D.S. 2-02.2.1A.12)
