Comments:

1. Define the buildings for review. Two permit applications have been pulled for the same site. Clarify if both permits are for the Daycare if not specify the uses for the two buildings. Define the areas to used specifiically for the Daycare.

2. Parking is based on the use with the most parking space requirements. Please insure that the correct parking calcualtin is used. List the number of fixed seats for the church.

3. Remove the Phasing labels on the site plan unless they apply to the proposed changes.

4. Clarify if the daycare use is to be ancillary to the Church (for Church use Only) or is it a daycare use for pay.

5. If the two uses are separate both use must meet full code compliance individually.
