12/27/2004 Doug Williams ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied The drainage report recommendations are acceptable, however a floodplain use permit will be required for the proposed new structure, in accordance with floodplain development requirements (Tucson Code, Section 26). The building permit application may not be approved prior to approval/issuance of a floodplain use permit. A condition of the permit will specify certification of the lowest (finished) floor elevation by a state-registered land surveyor, at a minimum. Please submit a floodplain use permit application with two sets of plans and drainage reports. The application may be accompanied by the building permit application/plan sets.
