1. Provide 2 copies each of the approved site, landscape and nppo plans. The plans as submitted have not been approved under the site review process. A search of the records indicate a site plan was approved for this site in Jan. of 2003 but since no permits have been issued for this site within one year after approval, a new site review is required.
