1) Where are the structural calculations? Not with resubmittal. Detail 5/A-6 Clarify / Justify loading of existing CMU wall. Clarify connectors into existing masonry. Appears justification in structural calculations is still missing.
2) Provide clarification of restroom facilities meet requirements for table 2902.1. Per the IBC 2003 additional fixtures are required. A approved appeal to the building official will need to be provided to use fixture from adjacent building. Adjacent facility is on seperate property therefore could be sold seperately and therefore no access.
3) It appears restroom facilities do not meet the ANSI standards A117.1, Chapt. 6 - 604.3 clearance.
