It appears that work has been done without a permit on the Parsonage building. Foot print of building on site plan and provided documentation do not match. Is this a residence as stated in description ? Provided documentation makes this building appear to be a commercial building. Provide documentation that this was previously approved as a parsonage home. 3) Clarify means of egress illumination, section 1006. Clarify emergency power. 4) Clarify exit signs per section 1011. Exit sign for west door? 5) Detail 5/A-6 Clarify / Justify loading of existing CMU wall. Clarify connectors into existing masonry. Appears justification in structural calculations is still missing. 6) Provide clarification of restroom facilities meet requirements for table 2902.1. Per the IBC 2003 additional fixtures are required. A approved appeal to the building official will need to be provided to use fixture from adjacent building. Or further justification will need to be provided. Total site fixtures required and distance traveled to the facilities. 7) It appears restroom facilities do not meet the ANSI standards A117.1, section 1110. |
