2. Indicate location of downspouts. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6 Add note, "All roof spouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk." Sidewalks shall be flood free for all storm discharges of up to a ten (10) year flood event. D.S. 2-08.3.1 & 4.1.E

8. There is no Note 8. The proposed expansion is within a retention basin. A drainage and a soils report are required. Indicate relocation of retention basin to meet City of Tucson drainage requirements under the Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management for this site.
11/12/2004 Andrew Connor LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1) Screening from Wetmore Road per LUC Table 3.7.2-I is required for the the parking and loading areas. Revise the plans to identify the required screening elements.

2) On streets designated as Major Streets and Routes (MS&R), the street landscape border is measured from the MS&R right-of-way per LUC 3.7.2.4 as determined by Sec. 2.8.3.4. Revise the plans to locate the required 10' buffer along the entire street frontage, based on the MS&R right-of-way line.

City Engineer approval is required locate up to five feet of the required border within the MS&R right-of-way.

3) Parking spaces or structures cannot be located with the sight visibility triangles along Wetmore Road. Per DS 3-05, Lines of sight will not be obscured between thirty (30) inches and six (6) feet through a triangular area adjacent to a driveway, a PAAL, an alley, or a street, where such access ways intersect with another street in a Tconfiguration.
