Upon completion of the following revisions/additions, an over the counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan:

1. Revise percent expansion calculation to read 4.2 percent for each expansion rather than 0.042 percent. Add the cumulative building area expansion (approximately 8.5 percent) to the plan data. DS 2-02.2.2.A.6

2. Add the address of the site to the site plan sheet A 1.1. DS 2-02.2.1.A.2

3. Because the proposal is more than a remodel, add the word addition to the project title, remove the words "no expansion" from the project name on sheet A0.1, and obtain a yellow site review card from the permitting clerks.

5) What is the 17 on sheet 1? Itemize the roof and its framing.
6) Specify in general notes that the design is per 2003 IBC.
