Comments:

1. Per a site inspection of the existing residence and garage it has been noted that the exisitng connection as shown on the new site plan does not exist. The previously approved site plan indicates that an attachement to the garage from the existing was to be constructed. This structure was not constructed and therefore a variance is required for the detached structure.

Previous comment: In a residential zone detached accessory structures are not permitted in front yard extending beyond the principal structure. The detached garage does not meet today's code requirements. Please submit approved site plan drawings that show that the garage was approved as shown on the site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming on this issue.
