I SPOKE WITH DAVE MANN AND HE WAS WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE LESS FIXTURES FOR THE NEW BUILDING IF THE TOTAL FIXTURE COUNT ON CAMPUS MADE UP FOR THE ONES LACKING. THEREFORE ADDITIONAL FIXTURES STILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
