Pennington Site Plan Review (1st review) TRANSMITTAL: September 14, 2004 COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. Add the existing use of the site (i.e. vacant) to the project data. DS 2-02.2.1.A.31 2. Clarify the proposed principal use on the plan. While the title block reads "parking garage", retail and office buildings are shown on the plan, and restaurants are listed in the site data. DS 2-02.2.1.A.31 3. All lettering must be a minimum of 12 point (0.12"). Revise all lettering and dimensions which do not meet this minimum standard for microfilming/archiving. 4. Provide a parking detail showing fully dimensioned parking spaces and h/c parking spaces.
