1. LUC Sec. 3.2.6.4 Perimeter Yard Indicator "DD" requires a minimum building setback of 39 feet from the north and west property lines. The proposed site plan provides a building setback of 24.63 feet from the west property line and a building setback of .67 feet from the north property line. Proposed building height is 26 feet. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7)

2. Since a Lot Development Option (LDO) will be applied for, please provide a copy of the decision letter with the resubmittal of this plan. If approved, please list the LDO case number, date of approval, setback modifications granted, and conditions imposed as a general note.
