Please discuss with Traffic Engineering, the proposed or existng curb cut, which is at the corner of Adams Street and Tyndall Avenue. The curb cut appeares to be to close to the intersection which will create safety issues. Also the location of the curb cut does not appear to provide good access into the parking spaces. 3. The proposed addition to unit two does not meet the minimum building setback requirements of the greatest of ten feet or 3/4 the height of the structure from the west property line. The minimum setback must be ten feet based on the height of the proposed west side building elevation. 4. Before submitting for the LDO please address comments 1 to 3 and re-submit. Comments for teh LDO will not be provided until items 1-3 have been addressed. |
