1. 80 SF Office lighting fixtures do not appear to be circuited.
2. Both AC-1 and AC-2 are on Ckt A-7,9,11. Please clarify.
3. Panels A and B are designated as existing on panel schedules, and new on line diagram, Electrical Plan, and Demolition Plan. Please clarify.
4. Provide for overcurrent protection on the secondary to the 45 KVA transformer, per NEC 450.3.
5. The installation of the 45 KVA X'FMR with 1/0 conductors on the secondary powering the 225A bus Panel B violates the "Tap Rule" per NEC 240.21 (c).
6. Line diagram indicates a new service. Sheet A-2 indicates new feeders to panels A and B from existing service. Please clarify.
7. Line diagram indicates a new service. If this is the intent, please justify per NEC 230.2.
8. Line diagram indicates a new service. If such is the intent, please locate service disconnect per NEC 230.70 (A).
9. Sheet A-2 indicates new feeders to panels A and B from existing service. If this is the intent, please modify line diagram to indicate such.
10. Sheet A-2 indicates new feeders to panels A and B from existing service. If this is the intent, provide load calculations for the entire service to include all existing plus all new electrical loads.
11. Provide for Grounding Electrode System and Conductor(s) per NEC 250 Part III.
12. Panel A is indicated as 225A on the panel schedule, and 200A on the line diagram. Pls clarify.
13. Panel B is indicated as 225A on the panel schedule, and 125A on the line diagram. Pls clarify.
14. Show the location of the Panel A disconnect switch on Electrical Plan.
15. Provide calculations for available fault current at Panel A.
