Site Plan Comments: 1) Revise the site plan and grading plan to show how water harvesting will be used to the maximum extent practicable. Show areas that will be depressed to serve as water harvesting areas and show how stormwater will be directed to these areas. (LUC 3.7.4) 2) Show the sight visibiltiy triangles along Herbert Avenue. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.10) 3) Provide estimated cut and fill quantities. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.17) 4) Label 22nd Street as a Major Street and Routes arterial. Label the future right-of-way width. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.19) 5) Show the proposed location of the refuse container and show how it will be serviced by Environmental Services or by a commercial hauler.
