Please provide the legal description on the plot plan (Civano I. Lot 408).

The maximum lot coverage for Civano I, Neighborhood Edge District is 60%. Please revise the lot coverage calculation on the plot plan to include all enclosed structures (not just air-conditioned areas) and all vehicle use areas. A model and instructions for a plot plan have been enclosed in your set.

At least 50% of the building frontage must be set back a minimum of 12 feet, for the front yard (along the pedestrian way) setback. It appears that over 60% of the building frontage is within the 12 foot setback.

The maximum height for solid walls facing the pedestrian way is 42 inches. Any part of a wall within six feet of the property line facing the pedestrian ways that goes above 42 inches must be at least 50% open for visibility. This note is also required on the plot plan.
