- Callout carport on site plan
- Dimension to carport from the front and side property lines
- Provide height of structure.
Walk plans through zoning to gain approval prior to next submittal.

2. Provide calculations (or ICBO report) to justify structural integrity of metal carport. Include its attachement to the house in the calculations. Provide all pertinent details of the connection.

3. Construction of new foundation wall : Provide vertical #4 rebars at 48" o/c, bond beam at top of stem wall, H2.5 from top plate to joist. Also, Special Inspection is required for epoxy bolting. Consider elimanating epoxy bolt callout and simply providing blocking at the cantelivered joist ends.

4.Note that light fixtures in clothes closets shall be installed in accordance with E3903.11.
