The Site Plan (SP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Site Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the SP. 2. Label existing and future sight visibility triangles per D.S. 2-02.2.1.10. The SVT's on the plans are not shown properly. The existing SVT should be depicted as starting from the face of curb or the existing edge of pavement, thence the beginning of the 20' leg of the SVT. The future SVT shall be depicted as starting from the future face of curb from the Major Streets and Routes (MS&R) Plan, which for a future R/W width of 200' is 12' from the R/W. Then the 20' leg would begin for the future SVT. When the correct SVT's are shown, to expedite the plans, I will review and approve the SP over the counter if so desired.
