2. Provide Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter Protection for exterior and countertop receptacles (Apt 1). Reference NEC 210.8. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE ON THE PREVIOUS TWO SUBMITTALS.
3. Load calculations, as presented, appear to tally 11,845 VA, not 11,095 VA. With the addition of the EFs and the Indoor Unit on the Split system, the total appears to be 12909 VA. Please correct this to give the Owner a better sense of spare capacity.
4. Correct the terminology "AIC FAULT CURRENT INTERRUPTION" to read "ARC-FAULT CIRCUIT-INTERRUPTER PROTECTION."
5. Applicant shall go to Pima County Addressing to obtain addresses for all new/relocated meters. Take such addresses to DSD Permit Clerks for data entry into the City permitting system. Addresses for all new meters as shown on the plans shall correspond to those in City/County database.

Revise the waste and vent riser diagram to include all of the pipe sizes and coordinate the diagram with the plumbing plan. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003. Where does the 4" building drain start? If it starts downstream of the lavatory, provide a cleanout sized per Table 7-6 for the 4" building drain. Show the location of the cleanout (shown near the kitchen sink on the plumbing plan) on the soil riser diagram. Revise the connection of the waste from the kitchen sink and the building drain per Section 311.7, UPC 2003. Coordinate the vents shown on the soil riser diagram and the vents noted on the plumbing plan. The new waste piping for apartment #3 is not shown in a riser diagram but is shown without vents on the plumbing plan.
2. Comments not addressed. Provide cleanouts in the building sewer at intervals not exceeding 100 feet. Reference Section 719.1, UPC 2003. Show the location of the cleanouts on the site plan.
3. Third request. Provide equipment data for the water heater. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003. Note that the note on detail 2/MP-1 that the "water heater spec to comply with UPC 1994, Section 103.2.3
4. Second request. If the furnace is installed in apartment #3, provide adequate maintenance access to the water heater. Reference Section 310.4, UPC 2003. Note that sheet A-2 also shows an existing electrical panel being blocked by the installation of the water heater.
