1. The following comments are based on a 34% site area expansion resulting in a full code compliance review of the entire site.

2. The site is comprised of three (3) parcels which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant. A copy of the covenant is attached to the yellow site plan card or you may obtain a copy of the covenant online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Lot_Combo_Declaration.pdf

3. Indicate by note the use of existing building #2 on the plan. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6)

4. Per D.S. 3-05.2.2.B.1, a minimum distance of five (5) feet must be maintained between the PAAL and existing building #2. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7)

5. Per our conversation on July 20th, the garage will not be fully enclosed. Remove the striped pedestrian path located in front of the garage entrance. (D.S. 2-08.4.1.F)

6. Provide an accessible path from the handicap parking access aisle to the on-site pedestrian circulation system. If ramp is required, provide a detail of the ramp. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8)

7. A minimum distance of three (3) feet is required between the back up spur and what appears to be a wall or gate along the north property line. (D.S. 3-05.2.2.D) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.11)

8. A back-up spur is required at the end of the row of parking on parcel 1.

9. Provide a continuous accessible pedestrian path from the existing building #2 entrance, which connects to the on-site pedestrian circulation system. (D.S. 2-08.4.1.D) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12)

10. Dimension the wheel stop location. In addition, revise the location of the wheel stops for parking spaces located along the east property line of parcel 1. Wheel stop curbing is to be located two and one-half (2 ½) feet from the front of the parking space. (D.S. 3-05.2.3.C.2)

11. All requested changes must be made to the site and landscape plans.
