COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. A concrete sidewalk must be provided to the new Ramada from the on site pedestrian circulation. The sidewalk must also be handicap accessible. Provide access ramps where necessary to continue the pedestrian circulation and accessible route.

2. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan to verify the location of the on site sidewalks.

The comments are minor and I would be willing to review the site plan over the counter and if applicable approve the plan. Please call me to set up an appointment if you would like for me to review the revised plan over the counter.
