The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. Because the existing paved area is being re-striped to accommodate new parking, a yellow colored site card must be obtained from the DSD permit clerks for site plan review. DS 2-02 2. Add a calculation of handicapped parking required (1 h/c space) and provided (1 h/c space). DS 2-02.2.2.A.4 ANS/ IBC 3. On the site plan to be stamped approved all revisions and details must be ink rather than in pencil. 4. Add the development designator under the zoning information.
