Upon completion of the following revisions/additions, an over the counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan:

1. Because the existing paved area is being re-striped to accommodate new parking, a yellow colored site card must be obtained from the DSD permit clerks for site plan review.

2. Add a calculation of handicapped parking required (1 h/c space) and provided (1 h/c space).
