1. Clarify location of bldg. On site plan and dimension distances from existing buildings and property lines. Information necessary for code analysis Table 602 and Table 704.8. - Per location of building table 602 type VA construction requires 1 hr. wall - east wall. Clarify / justify including roof overhang per section 704- 704.11.

2. Further clarification of exit stairwell see section 1005.3.6.5 exterior stairway protection. This stairwell meets exception (1) therefore stair separation from interior of bldg. @ R-3 is not required. Therefore walls of stairwell are not required to be a firewall.
