1. Per Pima County Assessors Records, the site is comprised of four (4) parcels which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant and a copy of the approved Pima County Assessors Tax Combination form. 3. Since carports are to be reviewed under separate permit please remove the carports from the drawing or provide the setback dimension from back of future curb along 6th Avenue to the carport located along the 6th Ave frontage. The purpose of this requirement is to assure that all lettering is legible when reviewed and will maintain that legibility when reproduced and photographically reduced (microfilmed) for record-keeping purposes.
