Per Pima County Assessors Records, the site is comprised of four (4) parcels which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant and a copy of the approved Pima County Assessors Tax Combination form. You may obtain a copy of the covenant online at: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/dsd/Lot_Combo_Declaration.pdf or you may contact me at the number below. The Pima County Assessors Tax Combination Form may be obtained at the Assessors office. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2) 2. Remove existing lot lines "to be abandoned" and keynote 36 from site plan. Since carports are to be reviewed under separate permit please remove the carports from the drawing or provide the setback dimension from back of future curb along 6th Avenue to the carport located along the 6th Ave frontage.
