A Board of Adjustment Variance is required for the parking deficit. State the variance case number, date of approval, what variances were approved for and conditions of approval on the site plan. In addition, provide a copy of the variance approval document to the Zoning Review Section upon resubmittal. DS 2-02.2.1.A.3 DS 2-02.2.1.A.38 2. It is acknowledged in response comment #12 and in the calculations that no loading zone is to be provided. A Board of Adjustment variance application must be approved.
