Disconnect on power plan calls for an unfused disconnect. Please specify that Heat Pump disconnects are to be fused, and specify fuse sizes. 2. Mechanical schedule calls for smoke detector. Please provide on electrical. 3. Water Heater is 3.5 KW 120V on Plumbing schedule, and 5.0 KW 208V on Electrical plans. Please coordinate and clarify. 4. Size the conductors for the WH. 5. Detail A on Sheet A1 does not appear to have a switch position for "OFF". 6. Detail C on Sheet A1 calls for the rebar and foundation depth to be submitted by the Structural Engineer. There is no Structural Engineer on this project, and if a Structural seal were required, it should have been included in this submittal. However, since the pole is only 20' in height, a Structural Engineer is not required. Please specify rebar and foundation depth, and provide pole detail. 7. Please remove the #6 GND in the conduit between the new wireway and meters on the Single Line Diagram as a redundant path to ground. 8. Please note that the City does not allow the use of let-through current for protecting panelboards. Either fully rate the panels, or specify series rating. If the TEP AFC is taken at the transformer secondary terminals per SR-510, it appears that there is about 27,000 A AFC at the termination can, just under 14,000 A at Panel P1, and just under 20,000 A at Panel B. |
