IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. It appears that new Panels NTA and NTB are installed in a restroom, opening into the wall. Please clarify.
2. Restroom lights and fan are indicated on Ckt NTB-28 on power plan. Please account for such load on the panel schedule.
3. Rooftop maintenance receptacles are indicated on Ckt NTB-30 on power plan. Please account for such load on the panel schedule.
4. Load calculations for Panel NTA appear to total 25.4 KVA, 24.9 KVA, and 24.5 KVA respectively, and 212 A, 208 A, and 204 A respectively, for a total of 74 KVA. This would exceed the 200 A fused disconnect. Please note that according to NEC 220-13, only receptacles for which load was computed according to Sections 220-3 (b) (8) or 220-3 (b) (9) are subject to the demand factors in Table 220-13.
5. It appears that AFC at Panel NTA and NTB is 16,661 A and 15,216 A respectively, greater than the 10,000 A ratings. Granted that the fault current would face the impedance of the distance and connections between the Incoming Pull Section and the Junction Boxes, but it is doubtful that this would reduce the AFC at the panels to under 10K. Willing to discuss.
