Provide a detail to show how the integrity of the firewall separating the units is being maintained with the exhaust ducts from the first floor rest rooms located inside the wall. Show how the duct is to exit the wall and terminate on the roof. Reference Section 705, IBC 2003.
3. The heating and cooling system design load calculations have not been provided. Reference Section 106.3.1, IMC 2000, and Section 503.3, IECC 1998 with local amendments.
