1. The following comments are based on a full code compliance review of the entire site as a result of a change of use on the site and a greater than 25% lot area expansion.

2. All lettering and numbers shall be the equivalent of (.12) point or greater in size. The purpose of this requirement is to assure that all lettering is legible when reviewed and will maintain that legibility when reproduced and photographically reduce (microfilmed) for record-keeping purposes.

3. Label the height of all existing and proposed buildings and structures (canopies) on the site plan. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6)

4. Per LUC Sec. 3.3.3.7.C, motor vehicle parking is calculated on the Gross Floor Area (GFA) which includes all applicable land uses within the development site, plus the area of any outdoor areas necessary to provide the service to the public or conduct the activity (i.e. prep area and finish/layout area). Revise the vehicle parking calculation as required. Per sheet 3.1 total area under roof is 10,322 square feet.

5. Provide the complete MS&R adjustment calculation as described in LUC Sec. 2.8.3.7 to verify the correct adjustment factor used.

6. The number of handicap parking spaces required may not be verified until the vehicle parking calculation and MS&R adjustment calculation has been verified for compliance (see above comments 4 and 5).

7. Indicate the location of the handicap parking sign.

8. Provide the bicycle parking calculation (number and class type required and provided). Refer to LUC 3.3.4 "retail" for number and type required. (D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4)
