12/13/2004 Linda Buczynski ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Denied PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE WISH OF THE OWNER TO HAVE THIS REVISION APPROVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE ANTICIPATED OPENING DATE OF THIS RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT. REVIEW COMMENTS WERE MADE IN THAT CONTEXT. SPECIFICALLY, ANY CHANGES MADE FROM THE APPROVED DRAWINGS WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION BY REVISION CLOUD WERE WRITTEN UP AS REVIEW COMMENTS. IF SUCH CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINALLY APPROVED PLANS ARE NOT IDENTIFIED AS SUCH, THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED FOR FULL REVIEW WITH AN ESTIMATED TIME OF FOUR WEEKS.

1. "Provide disconnect for Evap Cooler per NEC 430.102. Demonstrate that the maintenance receptacle is not on the load side of such disconnecting means per NEC 210.63." This comment made on previous review. Please correct or justify otherwise.
2. Control Diagram for EC is on Sheet E5, not Sheet E1. Please correct such reference on Sheet E3.
3. "Panel C Ckt 12 has 540 VA not on approved drawings, not in proper revision cloud." This comment was made on previous review. Still not in revision cloud.
4. "Ckt BA-2,4,6 powers FP21 on the Power Plan. According to the panel schedule, FP21 is on BA-25,27,29. Pls clarify." This comment was made on previous review. Load has been changed on panel schedule without proper revision cloud. If the load change is valid, then the overcurrent protective device would be oversized per NEC 422.11.
5. Loads on Panel BA Schedule for FP06 and FP02 were changed from originally approved drawings without proper revision cloud.
6. Load on Ckt BA-8,10,12, changed per Comment #5 above, would not be properly overcurrent protected per NEC 422.11.
7. "Panel BA has a final load calculation of 106.0 A. This exceeds the 100A panel." This comment was made on the previous review. Load changes have been made to originally approved drawings without proper revision cloud on Ckts 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, & 18.
