IF SUCH CHANGES FROM THE ORIGINALLY APPROVED PLANS ARE NOT IDENTIFIED AS SUCH, THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED FOR FULL REVIEW WITH AN ESTIMATED TIME OF FOUR WEEKS. 1. The following change was made from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: dairy cooler door moved and so did j-box for dairy cooler lighting on Ckt C-22; connection between j-box and its electrical load was removed. 2. The following change was made from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: configuration of north office and related receptacles. 3. The following change was made from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: configuration of Produce Cooler. 4. Architectural changes noted above not reflected in Lighting Plan. 5. Relocation of Panels D and BA are noted on Revision 1, dated 5/27/04. This predates the approval date of the plans, but was not on the originally approved plans. Please clarify. 6. Provide fault calculations for Panels D and BA, to demonstrate that their 10,000 AIC ratings are adequate in their new location. 7. Provide fault calculations for new Panel M, to demonstrate that its 10,000 AIC ratings is adequate. 8. Circuit CL-37,39,41 has SC05 (Ice Machine) in Revision 2. Panel schedule calls it a spare. 9. The following change was made from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: Evap Cooler and EF-1 on Ckts BA-24 and BA-26, EF-2 on BA-22. 10. Provide disconnect for Evap Cooler per NEC 430.102. Demonstrate that the maintenance receptacle is not on the load side of such disconnecting means per NEC 210.63. 11. Rooftop receptacle shall be GFCI per NEC 210.8. 12. Circuit BA-22 has EF-2 on Sheet E3. This circuit powers Lighting Meat Prep on the panel schedule. 13. Ckt BA-24 powers Ansul Control on panel schedule. Verify that this is the same as the Evap that appears on the Power Plan same circuit. 14. The following load descriptions were changed from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: Panel A1, Circuits 2, 4-10, 12, 14. 15. Ckt A1-7 is a Space with 1000 VA. Not understandable. 16. Ckt A1-5 serves office receptacles , but has 0 VA. Not understandable. 17. Panel C Ckt 12 has 540 VA not on approved drawings, not in proper revision cloud. Listed as a spare with 540 VA. Not understandable. 18. The following load descriptions were changed from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: Panel D, Circuits 1-23, 25. 19. Ckt D-1,3 powers Store Front Sign according to the panel schedule. Sheet E3 shows this circuit powering Equipment MS10. 20. Ckt D-5 powers Store Front Sign according to the panel schedule. Sheet E3 shows this circuit powering several items in the Beer/Wine Cooler. Please clarify. 21. Panel CL Ckt 37,39,41 has 2928 VA per phase not on approved drawings, not in proper revision cloud. Listed as a spare. Not understandable. 22. The following load descriptions were changed from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: Panel F, Circuits 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14. 23. Ckts F-2, F-4, and F-6 are described as spares, yet have 1181 VA of load on panel schedule. Pls clarify. 24. Bakery Oven Equipment PP01 is shown on Ckt F-10, 12, 14 on Power Plan. It appears that the intent is to power it from F-8, 10, 12 from the load description on the panel schedule, but 10, 12, 14 is the 3-pole CB, appropriate for the load itemized on Sheet A4. Pls clarify. 25. Pls clarify plan view location of Exhaust Fan for oven. This item is now listed on Ckt F-14. 26. The following load descriptions were changed from the approved plan, without proper revision documentation: Panel BA, Circuits 2, 4, 6, 8, 22, 24-30. 27. Ckt BA-2,4,6 powers FP21 on the Power Plan. According to the panel schedule, FP21 is on BA-25,27,29. Pls clarify. 28. Ckts BA-2, BA-4 and BA-6 are 20/1 with 2964 VA on panel schedule. These circuits would draw almost 25A and therefore exceed the 20A rating of these circuits. Pls clarify and correct. 29. FP21 is on a 3-pole CB, BA- 25, 27, 29, but only has load counted for one phase. Pls clarify. 30. Panel BA has a final load calculation of 106.0 A. This exceeds the 100A panel. 31.
