PLAN REVIEW FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED STRUCTURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THIS LETTER REFLECTS COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A SHORTER BACK CHECK TIME, WE REQUEST THAT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE REVISED PLANS AND CALCULATIONS, HIGHLIGHTING ANY CHANGES, ALONG WITH A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO EACH OF THE NOTED ITEMS INDICATING ACTION TAKEN.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. ALL CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS SHALL BE MADE ON THE ORIGINAL TRACINGS AND TWO NEW SETS OF PRINTS OR (1) SEPIA & (1) BLUE LINE SHALL BE RETURNED ALONG WITH ALL REDLINE PRINTS.

2. PEN OR PENCIL CORRECTIONS ON FINAL PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. TO AVOID DELAYS ENSURE ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE, ARE COMPLETE AND HAVE BEEN COORDINATED ON ALL APPLICABLE DETAILS AND NOTES.

SITE PLAN:

1. EXISTING OVERHEAD ELECTRIC MAY OR MAY NOT PROVIDE NEEDED CLEARANCE ABOVE NEW STRUCTURE. SEE IRC 2000 SECTION E3504.2.1. CLEARLY INDICATE DISTANCE.

2. FOR EXISTING STRUCTURE---------INDICATE THE LOCATION OF GAS, WATER, ELECTRIC AND SEWER OR SEPTIC LINE ON THE PROPERTY, AND WHERE THEY ENTER THE BUILDING.

3. IS 6' DISTANCE BETWEEN STRUCTURES WALL TO WALL, EAVE TO WALL OR EAVE TO EAVE. CLARIFY. IF EAVE FROM EITHER STRUCTURE IS PROJECTING INTO THE 6' DISTANCE IT MUST BE FIRE RATED. PROVIDE DETAILS IF APPLYS.

FLOOR PLANS:

1. DESIGNATE THE OPERABLE PORTION OF WINDOWS.

2. PROVIDE ACCESS TO EACH SEPARATE ATTIC AND CRAWL SPACE THAT EXCEEDS 30SF. DESIGNATE
LOCATIONS ON THE DRAWINGS. OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22" BY 30". THE ATTIC ACCESS SHALL
PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 30" OF HEADROOM, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR READILY
ACCESSIBLE SPACE PER R807.

3. NOTE THAT BATHTUB AND SHOWER ENCLOSURES SHALL BE FINISHED PER p2710 WITH CERAMIC TILE, OR A
LISTED ENCLOSURE, TO A HEIGHT OF 72" ABOVE THE DRAIN PER R702.4 AND R307.2

STRUCTURAL PLANS:

1. PROVIDE COMPLETE ROOF FRAMING PLANS. SHOW SIZE, SPACING AND SPAN OF ALL FRAMING MEMBERS, TRUSSES, JOISTS, RAFTERS, BEAMS, GLULAMS, LINTELS, HEADERS, LEDGERS AND BLOCKING.
PROVIDE FRAMING, CONNECTIONS AND DETAILS FOR CLEAR STORY WINDOWS
PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF GIRDER TRUSSES
PLANS INDICATE A FULL HIP ROOF------ROOF FRAMING INDICATES "DUTCH" HIP ROOF-----CLARIFY.

2. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CALCULATIONS AND DATA FOR PRE-FAB TRUSSES AND GLULAM BEAMS. TRUSS
CALCULATIONS MUST BE SIGNED, DATED AND WET-SEALED BY AN ENGINEER WHO IS REGISTERED IN
ARIZONA. TRUSS CALCULATIONS SHALL BE CROSS-REFERENCED TO THE FLOOR PLANS. ALSO, THE
ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL REVIEW AND "SHOP DRAWING" STAMP APPROVAL ON TRUSS CALCULATIONS.

3. COMPLETELY DETAIL ALL CONNECTIONS AND CROSS-REFERENCE TO THE FOUNDATION AND FRAMING
PLANS:

AND DOORS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS PROVIDED.
