The Code of the State Board of Technical Registration ARTICLE 3. REGULATORY PROVISIONS. 32-143 Exceptions, states:
A registrant under this chapter may engage in practice in another category regulated pursuant to this chapter only to the extent that the person is qualified and to the extent that the work may be necessary and incidental to the work of the registrant's profession on a specific project. This exception does not apply to public works projects.

Based upon my review and in accordance with the State Board of Technical Registration Rules, this plan should be designed and sealed by an Arizona registered professional electrical engineer.

1. Sheets A-3 and A-4 refer to a WH. This shall be shown on the electrical plans. See the attached list of Electrical Permit Requirements.
2. The new AC units shall be shown on the plans. See the attached list of Electrical Permit Requirements.
3. Detail A Sheet A-5, no Keynotes 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, or 15 on plan view. Clarify intent.
4. Existing Panel A illegible. Can not evaluate.
5. MOCP of AC units 50 on Equipment Schedule, but 90 on Panel Schedule. Coordinate and clarify.
6. MCA of AC units 44.2. Can not evaluate circuit until Comment #2 above is addressed.
7. Since Panel AC is 120V L-G, 240 would not be the divisor for panel amps.
8. Show WH load on panel.
9. Indicate fault current rating of new breakers, and justify such rating by providing fault calculations.
